# User account management
The solution allows you to manage your information and user preferences within a dedicated interface accessible from in the upper right part of the interface at the level of your user ID by clicking on the menu "Profile ".
Within the profile management interface, you can modify your personal information and also request the deletion of your account. in accordance with the requirements of the DMPP, it will first be validated by the administrator in order to take advantage of a typing error. Set up your account including your default language and time zone, manage your notifications, manage computers that are currently synchronized with your account.
# Personal Information
The "Personal Information" tab allows you to modify your personal information except your email address.
To delete your account please click on "Request account deletion", the request will be forwarded and processed as soon as possible by your administrator.
# Account Settings
The "Account Settings" tab allows you to change your language (French, English or German) and time zone.
The "Notifications" tab allows you to change your email notification settings:
- You can be alerted by email each time a public link is opened by a third party (recommended)
- You can receive a weekly report on the status of your synchronizations, the arrival of new shares, your current quota.
# Synchronized computers
The "Synchronized computers" tab allows you to see all the computers synchronized with your account and stop its synchronization if you wish.
# My contacts
Click on your icon in the top right corner of the web page of your solution, and then click on the icon "My contacts".
The "My contacts" tab allows you to add and import your contacts :
# Add a contact
To add a contact, click on "New contact " and fill in the box below. You can also upload a VCF file with the list of your existing contacts to your device.
# Import contacts
To import your contacts into your solution.
Here are the steps to do:
1 - Retrieve your contact list :
2 - Convert your file :
Your file will normally be a .CSV you will have to convert it to .VCF in order to do this Click here .
Select "Basic format".
3 - Import your contacts into your solution :
